Accounting you can trust, from a CPA who knows Delaware.
Bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll and tax services for Delaware charter schools, non-profits, government agencies and small businesses, led personally by Michelle J. Lambert, CPA.
Michelle J. Lambert founded the firm in 2004 and still oversees every client relationship personally.
A Delaware-licensed Certified Public Accountant, Michelle spent four years as controller for an investment management firm, overseeing accounting for Low Income Housing Tax Credit funds, venture funds and a wealth management business, and three years as a Senior Tax Associate in public accounting. Today she applies that experience to the internal accounting and tax needs of Delaware organizations.
Our experience across charter schools, non-profits and public agencies adds value that goes beyond technical processing. We help leadership understand their numbers, prepare for board meetings and audits, and build controls that protect the organization.

Michelle has been my tax advisor since moving to DE from the Midwest. In that time I have never been less than impressed with her responsiveness, knowledge and timeliness. She also advises me throughout the year to ensure I am prepared and proactive in tax compliance… It also helps that she is a delightful person to work with.

I have had the opportunity to work with Michelle J. Lambert and her team since 2009. Michelle is the consummate professional accountant… She has been instrumental in working with the leadership of the HOPE Commission in the development of custom financial management tools and policies designed to protect the organization’s assets. She is attentive, patient and acutely knowledgeable of the unique financial management needs of small and large non-profit organizations. She is definitely a keeper!
